This black Oki 590/591BK printer ribbon is intended for use with the Oki Microline 590 & Microline 591 printers.

Lubricants have been included to ensure the life and quality of the print head, while the ink itself is put through a grinding process so intense as to eliminate any abrasive qualities which could shorten the life of the print head. The tension and weave of the Star ribbon and mechanism has been precisely matched to the printer, thereby lessening the danger of snagging, twisting or tearing. More importantly it reduces the risk of the ribbon jamming, causing permanent damage to the carriage mechanism.
